Atmel 89 Series Programmer

Hello Friends i built my Own DIY sunrom atmel 89 series programmer. as bellow i upload the files and pictures of my Programmer which works perfectly, this is very cheap programmer for the AT89 series which is design by Sunrom.com.

AT89C51, AT89LV51, AT89C52, AT89LV52, AT8C55, AT89LV55,
AT89S51, AT89LS51, AT89S52, AT89LS52, AT89S53, AT89LS53,
AT89S8252, AT89LS8252, AT89C55WD, AT89C1051, AT89C2051, AT89C4051

Steps.

1st.

first Download the file from the link below

and The PC software from the below link

>>>>Proload

 

2nd.

extract the files where the pcb layout is present,

i made this PCB by Tonner transfer method.

and drill all the  holes.

3rd.

Get All the parts from a local Electronics shop as per the part list which is already in the downloaded files.

4th

properly clean and solder the components as shown in the PCB layout, 

5th

Ready the Main Firmware chip by programme the firmware file which is in .hex format. here i upload the single side pcb so kindly note that burn the "1001-3456 v44 SS" file only by a AT89Sxx ISP programmer which is easily avail at a local store other wise make your own.

6th

Get a Power supply of 14v to 16v for power the Programmer where is the 20 pin Mcu will be Programme easily.

 

Note- check the Traces properly and njoy the programme.
